The main areas of Mykola Boichuk’s expertise are antitrust and competition law, and international trade regulation.
Mykola advises clients on antitrust and competition matters; represents clients before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine; obtains merger and concertation clearances; represents clients in challenging AMCU decisions before courts of law. Mykola Boichuk’s experience includes representing clients in long-term and complex cartel collusions and abuse of dominance investigations.
Also, Mykola deals with unfair competition and retail regulation issues, which include pricing, inter alia predatory and state regulated pricing, comparative advertising, trade libel, etc.
Moreover, Mykola advises clients on various issues of international trade – trading contracts, distribution structuring, WTO law, antidumping, subsidy, and safeguard investigations. Mykola Boichuk received special training in international trade while completing master’s program “International Trade Regulation” in the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
