Vladyslav Podolyak is the head of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. He represents clients in litigation disputes concerning infringements of copyright, rights to inventions and utility models, trademarks.
Vladyslav’s expertise also includes advising on issues related to the protection of intellectual property rights, including the procedure for obtaining patent documents (patents and certificates) to intellectual property objects, and development of a defense strategy. On top of that, Vladyslav drafts agreements on the administration of intellectual property rights and advises clients on the protection of intellectual property on the Internet.
Vladyslav also specializes in litigation and enforcement proceedings. He has extensive experience of successfully representing private and corporate clients in labor, family, commercial and administrative disputes, as well as in disputes involving the protection of consumer rights.
Vladyslav is also an expert in privacy matters and advises on the procedure for processing personal data in various industries.
