The monograph addresses the issues related to determining optimum and most acceptable means and ways of fulfilling by the state its international obligations which arise mainly from international agreements. Considering the examples of Ukraine, Hungary and Czechoslovakia, the author studies and compares the experience of implementing international law norms in the sphere of environmental protection, human rights protection and national minorities rights protection, and analyzes the joint ventures activity as well as other issues.
