Oleksiy Filatov, Partner with Vasil Kisil & Partners, Appointed Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration by Order of the President of Ukraine

Oleksiy Filatov, Partner with Vasil Kisil & Partners, has been appointed Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration by Order of the President of Ukraine.

Oleksiy Filatov joined Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm in 2003 as an associate partner and became partner in 2005. From 2007 to date, Mr. Filatov served as Head of Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Over the years reputable international and national legal directories (Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500, Ukrainian Law Firms) have been recommending Mr. Filatov as one of the best Ukrainian practitioners in dispute resolution.

As Head of Dispute Resolution Practice Group, Oleksiy Filatov led a team of 30 lawyers and represented VKP’s clients in international arbitrations and domestic courts. Mr. Filatov was regularly invited as an expert on Ukrainian law in various international arbitration and litigation proceedings.
