In April 2018 Lekhim JSC has purchased a production and warehouse complex in Kyiv Region of total area 5,208.2 square meters and the underlying land plot of 1.45 hectares, both located in Obukhiv city. The complex comprises a production site and a warehouse for industrial products owned by the seller. The transaction price exceeded USD 1 million.
