Vasil Kisil & Partners advises Africa-Israel Group on land acquisition in Boryspil District of Kyiv Region

International holding and investment company Africa-Israel Investments Ltd undertakes its first greenfield project in Ukraine. During February-March 2008, the company purchased approximately 130 hectares of various purpose land plots through its affiliates in Boryspil District of Kyiv Region.
By mid-2008, the Group intends to complete the acquisition of a large land lot. The project provides for multifunctional development of cottage, high-raise, office, logistic, hotel, retail and entertainment facilities.
Throughout the project Vasil Kisil & Partners provided legal advice on land moratorium, rezoning, corporate structuring, competition and regulatory matters, conducted due diligence of land plots, assisted in drafting of necessary land purchase, other project related documents and incorporation documents for the SPVs, and is currently ensuring legal support in the process of signing land plots' purchase agreements, etc.
