VKP acted for Ukrainian Hotels, LLC (Astron-Ukraine Corporation) in negotiating and signing of the management agreement with a Swiss managing company Sophos Hotels S.A. in order to develop a hotel chain under the brand name Ramada in Ukraine

The said agreement has been entered into within the framework of the Ukrainian developer’s hotel project for exclusive development of a three-star hotel chain under Ramada Encore brand in Ukraine launched in November 2007 after the signing of the exclusive development agreement with Wyndham Hotel Group. According to this agreement Ukrainian Hotels, LLC also have the preemptive rights to open other 4-star and 5-star hotels under Ramada brands in Ukraine.
VKP’s lawyers provided legal support throughout the transaction and are to continue advising Ukrainian Hotels, LLC on all aspects of implementing the above hotel project. VKP’s senior associate Nataliya Mykolska and associate Anzhela Makhinova handled the project under the supervision of Dr. Tatyana Slipachuk, counsellor.
