Ukrainian representative office staff reduction

Vasil Kisil & Partners has acted as a legal advisor in a Ukrainian-American project managed by a US-based law firm. The project dealt with staff reduction at a Ukrainian representative office of the global money transfer company. Lawyers of Vasil Kisil & Partners assisted in developing a comprehensive action plan providing for possible scenarios of the reduction process, as well as drafted all necessary documents for two alternative scenarios and provided the American lawyers with consultations on Ukrainian labor law.
