Transfer of Participatory Interests into Trust

Vasil Kisil & Partners has advised a superior of central executive government body regarding the transfer of participatory interests into trust.  As a part of the project, a comprehensive analysis has been carried out to identify the situation and a trust agreement has been drafted promptly.
