Experience
Oleg Makarov was one of the founders of Vasil Kisil and Partners.
Mr. Makarov had been practising law since 1992, the firm's Managing Partner from 2007 to 2015.
Recognised expert in dispute resolution, tax law, investment and property law.
Author of articles on dispute resolution, the judicial system of Ukraine, the bar functioning, and the status and position of attorney-at-law in Ukraine.
Since 2007, Mr. Makarov had been the Deputy Chairman of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Kyiv City Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission and a member of the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), and since 2015 - a member of the UBA Ethics Commission.
Deputy of the Kyiv City Council of the VIII convocation, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Kyiv City Council on Regulations and Deputy Ethics.
People's Deputy of Ukraine of the IX convocation from the Holos party since 2019.
