International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian CCI and Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm are gathering arbitration practitioners in Kyiv

International arbitration conference “International Arbitration: Emerging Changes” will take place in Kyiv, on 17 March 2017. Leading arbitration practitioners from Europe, UK, USA and the legal officer of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) will speak at the conference. The conference is organized by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC at the Ukrainian CCI) and Vasil Kisil and Partners law firm under the aegis of UNCITRAL. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary since foundation of the ICAC in Ukraine, leading experts will gather in Ukraine for a thought-provoking discussion on the current developments in international arbitration.

On March 18 and 19, following right after the conference, the Ukrainian Vis Pre-Moot rounds will be held for the second time in Kyiv. Ukrainian and foreign student teams are invited to join the conference and the pre-moot to learn and receive an incredible hands-on experience under the guidance of the renowned arbitration scholars and practitioners.
