Oksana Voynarovska, Partner and Head of Labor and Employment Practice Group at Vasil Kisil & Partners, has become a member of the Working Group of the IBA Global Employment Institute (GEI) and co-authored the Annual Global Report 2015.

The AGR highlights general international changes and trends in human resources law in 53 countries worldwide. In particular, the Annual Global Report 2015 focuses on key labor and employment law issues, namely: dismissal, data protection and privacy, corruption, unions, retirement and pension, discrimination, immigration, etc.

The International Bar Association Global Employment Institute was established in early 2010 to develop a global and strategic approach to the main legal issues in the human resources and capital fields for multinationals and worldwide institutions.

Vasil Kisil & Partners is the only Ukrainian law firm represented at the IBA Global Employment Institute. The IBA GEI's members may be only highly skilled and experienced labor and employment law experts who bring their unique expertise to develop common approaches to addressing global industry issues.
