Oksana Voynarovska, Senior Associate of Vasil Kisil & Partners spoke at EBA Evening School for HR beginners

16 December 2008 Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm hosted the meeting of EBA Evening School for HR beginners entitled "From hiring to firing" (Hi-Fi).
The event was primarily focused on establishing a union of HR professionals which would allow the highly skilled HR specialists to share knowledge with HR beginners.
The speech of Oksana Voynarovska, Senior Associate of Vasil Kisil & Partners, was entitled "Legal and ethic aspects of firing. Employee replacement. Issues and solutions" which was submitted for consideration within the framework of the meeting dedicated to dismissal issues.
The Evening School meeting held by EBA in cooperation with Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm was attended by more than 30 employees from HR teams of EBA members. The speech of Oksana Voynarovska aroused great interest and engendered a fruitful discussion.
