The Ukrainian Internet Association (UIA) was founded in 2000 with the aim of consolidating the efforts of all interested parties in developing the Internet in Ukraine. Its members include major Ukrainian telecom operators, Internet service providers, content providers, electronic and traditional mass media, as well as Ukrainian representative offices of the biggest international suppliers of network equipment.
“Considering the rapid development of information technologies and, consequently, the growth of the telecom services market, Vasil Kisil & Partners decided to join the UIA and thus make its professional contribution to the development, analysis and adjustment of legislative and regulatory framework governing the industry, as well as to the establishment of civilized mechanisms for interaction between market participants,” said Oleg Makarov, Managing Partner of Vasil Kisil & Partners.
