On 27 March 2008, three Ukrainian subsidiaries of Panorama Group LLC, the holding company of a Ukrainian development group with foreign investments, signed a loan agreement with EBRD borrowing a 139 million USD loan facility for financing the construction of retail centres in Kyiv, Kryvyi Rig and Simferopol.

The loan facility shall be granted to CSC Ukrpangroup, CSC Grandinvest and CSC Livoberezzhiainvest (acting as co-borrowers) in two tranches, the first of them to be syndicated with participation of Coordiant Capital Investment Fund and Erste Bank.

In particular, Vasil Kisil & Partners participated in planning and structuring of project finance transaction, in drafting and negotiating transaction documents (loan agreement, various security and project agreements). The firm also provided legal advice on abiding by terms and conditions necessary for obtaining the loan and on further performance of obligations stipulated by transaction documents by all parties participating in the deal.
