Development of Junior Achievement Educational Course for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as legal counsel to Junior Achievement Ukraine (JA Ukraine) in developing the legal section of an educational course for aspiring entrepreneurs.

JA Ukraine is the Ukrainian office of a global Junior Achievement framework of non-profit organizations, which has been preparing young people for business and employment for over 100 years. JA programs operate in 40 European countries and 100 countries worldwide, engaging over 100 million young people annually. Despite martial law conditions, JA Ukraine continues its active operations in Ukraine. 

In 2024, JA Ukraine plans to release a comprehensive educational textbook for aspiring entrepreneurs. The Vasil Kisil & Partners’ team prepared a section of the book entitled «Legal Aspects of Establishing and Running Your Own Business». This material covers all legal issues of interest to young entrepreneurs, including choosing a business structure, registration procedures, taxation, employment practices, attracting investments, client contracts, business closure etc. The course also features a case study. The content by Vasil Kisil & Partners not only incorporates theoretical legal principles but also draws from established best practices in business operations in Ukraine and globally.
