The senior associate with Vasil Kisil & Partners Mrs. Natalya Mykolska master-classing the Pan-Ukrainian Law School on the Law of the World Trade Organization

November 14 to 16, 2008, the Pan-Ukrainian Law School on the Law of the World Trade Organization is held in Donetsk as arranged by the Students League of the Ukrainian Bar Association. Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as the general partner and sponsor of this year event held for law students. The WTO Law School gathered more than 50 students from 12 regions of Ukraine and from more than 20 universities.
Mrs. Natalya Mykolska, a senior associate with Vasil Kisil & Partners having strong experience in international trade and acting for clients in trade investigations, has been invited to master-class the Pan-Ukrainian School on the WTO Law.
In her lecture titled “Trade Protection Actions under the Laws of Ukraine”, Mrs. Mykolska approached to issues related to the general description and purposes of trade protection actions under the laws of Ukraine and outlined practical aspects of antidumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard investigations. A case study was presented separately for some trade investigations.
This event was not only mere opportunity for its participants to deepen their theoretical knowledge on the Law of the World Trade Organization and receive practical skills for its implementation in current economic environment, but rather to communicate in amicable and homely atmosphere with recognized experts and potential colleges in this field as well.
