Vasil Kisil & Partners advise on a merger between the industrial segment of Ingersoll Rand and Gardner Denver

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal adviser in the Ukrainian part of a global international transaction which resulted in the merger of Ingersoll Rand`s industrial segment with Gardner Denver.

In March 2020, Ingersoll-Rand Plc announced the successful completion of the industrial operating segment spin-off and its subsequent merger with Gardner Denver. The newly formed company Ingersoll Rand Inc. is currently traded on NYSE. The company expects that integration efforts on track will deliver $250 million in synergy efficiencies.

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a local counsel for the Ukrainian part of the merger, inter alia the transfer of shares in IR Ukraine to a new holding company.
