Vasil Kisil & Partners advises Avrora Group on entering Romanian market

The Avrora group of companies, a leader in the Ukrainian dollar store market operating more than 900 stores, has expanded its business to the Romanian market. Vasil Kisil & Partners has been supporting this project of the Avrora Group acting as a general legal counsel.

Vasil Kisil & Partners managed the legal part of the project, engaged and coordinated foreign advisers, monitored the set-up of a company in Romania, and assisted in opening a bank account. Our lawyers also drafted documents for the project financing and advised the Group on Ukrainian law matters in connection with the entry to the Romanian market. The project involved legal matters in three jurisdictions, including corporate law, taxation, employment, regulations for retail, and compliance.

Vasil Kisil & Partners ensured the cooperation of local advisers and authorities, banks, the holding company of the Group, the Client’s project team, and the shareholders of the Group.
