Vasil Kisil & Partners advised on the acquisition of the International Exhibition Centre

Vasil Kisil & Partners advised on the acquisition of the largest modern world-class complex in Ukraine for hosting major exhibition forums, congresses, and presentations. The complex is located in Kyiv and consists of an architectural ensemble of four premium-class pavilions with a total area of 73,228 sq. m. The total area of the exhibition halls is 38,681.5 sq. m.

Vasil Kisil & Partners’ legal team provided comprehensive legal support for the transaction, including legal due diligence of land plots, real estate, and the company’s commercial activities; structuring the transaction; and drafting, negotiating, and finalizing all necessary agreements and related documents. The transaction included the buyout of Ukrainian shareholders’ participation interests in International Exhibition Centre LLC and the acquisition of shares in its Cypriot parent company, A.T.V.T. Business Expo Holdings Ltd.
