Vasil Kisil & Partners Represents the Interests of Intertrans LLC Before the Supreme Court of Ukraine

Vasil Kisil and Partners successfully represents Intertrans LLC, a Ukrainian company which provides services in the sphere of real estate, in a dispute with the National Bank of Ukraine and Department of the State Enforcement Service of Ukraine. The dispute related to recognition of the act of property assessment as invalid and the mortgage, which provided for enforcement of obligation under the loan agreement in the amount of UAH 50,000,000, as terminated. 

Client’s interests before the Supreme Court of Ukraine were represented by VKP’s managing partner Andriy Stelmashchuk together with associates Yuriy Kolos and Maksym Maksymov.
