Vasil Kisil and Partners successfully represents Intertrans LLC before the Supreme Court of Ukraine

Vasil Kisil and Partners has successfully represented Intertrans LLC, a Ukrainian company providing real estate services, in a dispute with the National Bank of Ukraine and Department of the State Enforcement Service of Ukraine.

The case is unique as it has been considered by the Supreme Court of Ukraine for a second time in a year, which is unusual in a litigation process.

The National Bank of Ukraine again attempted to review the decision of the cassation court, however, the Supreme Court of Ukraine dismissed the application. The dispute related to recognition of the act of property assessment as invalid and the mortgage, which provided for enforcement of obligation under the loan agreement in the amount of UAH 50,000,000 as terminated.
