Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal counsel to the global leader in software solutions regarding the formalization of relations between its Ukrainian contractors and Israel subsidiary.

Vasil Kisil & Partners’ lawyers reviewed service agreements executed by the company, assessed risks associated with the probable reclassification of the service agreements to employment agreements, and developed and proposed amendments to the company’s agreements and other internal documents that would enable to mitigate those risks.
