Vasil Kisil & Partners has advised a major Swedish manufacturer of outdoor power tools on dismissal of its Ukrainian subsidiary’s General Manager (GM). Lawyers of Vasil Kisil & Partners have assisted in negotiations on employment termination, namely have drafted and concluded a mutual termination agreement with the GM.
