Vasil Kisil & Partners' Managing Partner Oleg Makarov - among best Ukrainian company managers

On March 20, 2008, the "TOP-100. Best Top-Managers of Ukraine" awards ceremony took place in Kyiv's "Freedom" concert-hall. Oleg Makarov, Vasil Kisil & Partners" Managing Partner was included in top-3 best law firm managers of Ukraine.
The "TOP-100. Best Top-Managers of Ukraine" rating is annually prepared by Kyiv-based Ekonomika Publishing. Its main goal is to show the role an individual leader plays in company's development. Rating results are based on surveying top corporate managers who rank various management styles, state their opinion on new approaches, and provide an independent evaluation of management abilities in different economic sectors.
For the very first time in the history of this particular rating, the list included the heads of law firms according to 2007 results. Mr. Makarov was named as one of the leaders in this field.
Aside from being successful, respondents attributed to Mr. Makarov a number of other qualities. He was noted for his reputation, professional achievements, strategic and analytical thinking, efficient staff and social policies in regards to developing specific business units and company as a whole.
