Vasil Kisil & Partners - partner of the II International Grain Conference

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a partner of the II International Grain Conference "Bringing the Trade Together" organized by the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA) and the Ukrainian Grain Association. The Conference took place in Kyiv on 7-8 September and was attended by more than 250 professionals from over 20 countries.
Among major issues discussed at the conference there were characteristic features of the grain business in Ukraine, exploration of the new markets, position and prospects of Ukraine on the international grain market, legal support of grain trade and dispute resolution by GAFTA Arbitration, etc.
Having considerable experience and expertise in the international commercial arbitration, as well as in matters connected to its practical application Ukraine, Mr. Oleg Alyoshin, a partner with Vasil Kisil & Partners was invited by the organizers of the Conference to make a presentation on recognition and enforcement of GAFTA arbitral awards in Ukraine.
