In its 20th anniversary issue, IFLR1000 (2010 Edition) recommends Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm in Banking and Finance and M&A.
The Banking and Finance Practice was top-ranked for the legal support of a number of large deals, including the provision of legal advice to Desnagrain LLC in obtaining a long-term USD 30 mln loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Vasil Kisil & Partners was also highly recommended for its M&A practice. In particular, special recognition was awarded to an Agreement for Acquisition of Controlling Stake in Spozhyv Service LLC where the firm acted on behalf of the Purchaser - JSC Latvijas Krajbanka.
