Vasil Kisil & Partners is representing European Business Association in administrative litigation case regarding abolition of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution N231 as of 16 March 2017. This Resolution involves a wide range of technically complex items from smartphones, routers and groups of domestic appliances to drones, quadcopters and other items used in different areas that must be sold using cash registers.

On 30 May 2018 Vasil Kisil & Partners lawyers persuaded the court jury that they should bring Association in the case as a third party on the Cabinet of Ministers side. Significance of this litigation process lies in the fact that the appealed Resolution is to be an essential component of reforms aimed at civilized approach to doing business and good-faith sale of products in Ukraine.
