Vasil Kisil and Partners has successfully represented the exclusive distributor of General Motors in the CIS market in an arbitration case initiated by a leading Ukrainian automotive importer in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC).

The dispute arose from a USD 5-million vehicles supply contract resulting in a claim brought by the Ukrainian importer for termination of contract and compensation of damages. The proceedings were successfully completed with an award in favour of Vasil Kisil & Partners` client.
