A series of consumers' loans disputes

Representing a leading financial company, subsidiary of a French bank, in over 60 disputes regarding the customers’ rights protection arising in connection with loan rate increase. All cases have been resolved in the client’s favour. Some of the judgments of the lower courts have been reviewed and confirmed by the Supreme Court of Ukraine
