Dissolution of marriage and child custody

Advising a Netherlands national on the dissolution of marriage with a Ukrainian national in accordance with a court decision based on a joint divorce application, including the enforcement of an agreement on the place of residence of their joint minor children and participation of the parents in the upbringing and support of the children.
