Amtel Properties – land acquisition in view of building a shopping centre City Mall

Kyiv City Mall LLC, a subsidiary of Amtel Properties, an international investor and developer of commercial projects, has acquired ca. 7.5 ha land plot for the purposes of further developing the Kyiv City Mall shopping centre. Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as legal advisors for Amtel Properties on the project. In particular VKP attorneys conducted a full-scale legal due diligence of the land plot, including land allotment procedures, rezoning and formation of a bigger land plot out of several land parcels. Proceeding from due diligence outcomes VKP have issued a comprehensive report and advised on transactional matters.
