Bank Forum – restructuring of indebtedness (in the amount of UAH 390 mln)

Advising Bank Forum, Ukrainian bank with foreign capital (owned by Commerzbank Group), on the restructuring of indebtedness (in the amount of UAH 390 mln) of the borrower, being one of the leading producers of agricultural products, towards Bank Forum. Legal support included elaboration of the transaction structure, drafting the transaction documents and their negotiating with the counterparty, as well as rendering legal opinion regarding the transaction structure, validity and enforceability of the documents.
