Bankruptcy/property title disputes

Representing a leading German chemical company in complex bankruptcy proceedings of one of the largest ex-Soviet chemical products manufacturers located in Western Ukraine. The claim was based on the international arbitration award recognized and enforced in Ukraine. The proceedings involved claims regarding fraudulent transactions aimed at hiding the assets of the bankrupt from the creditors.
