Calyon Bank – granting an export credit line in the amount of EUR 30 mln

Advising Calyon Bank (France) (the lender) on granting an export credit line in the amount of EUR 30 mln to CJSC “Prominvestbank”, Ukraine for financing the contracts which comply with the lender’s requirements: drafting and negotiating the documents, advising on registration of the loan agreement with the National Bank of Ukraine, issuing the legal opinion.
