Contract of sale termination and recovery of damages dispute

Representing an American company, an exclusive distributor of General Motors in CIS countries,in the arbitration proceedings before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Ukraine in a dispute over the termination of the contract in the amount of USD 5 million, recovery of direct damages, lost profits and penalties.
