Contract termination dispute

Representing an international media company operating several television channels in Central and Eastern Europe in a dispute with a Ukrainian subsidiary of a major Russia-based advertising company. The dispute arose out of the alleged early termination of a contract envisaging exclusive advertising placement on a leading Ukrainian nation-wide television channel.
