Desnagrain – borrowing the loan in the amount of USD 30 mln from EBRD

Advising LLC Desnagrain (the borrower) and its parent company Champagne Cereales, acting as the sponsor of the project, on borrowing the loan in the amount of USD 30 mln from EBRD: drafting and negotiating the loan agreement, the sponsorship agreement and the subordination agreement, advising on fulfillment of the conditions precedent, issuing the legal opinion.
