Dniprovska Prystan – borrowing syndicated credit line in the amount of USD 40 mln for financing the hypermarket construction

Advising CJSC “Dniprovska Prystan”, Ukraine (the borrower) on borrowing syndicated credit line in the amount of USD 40 mln from the syndicate of UniCredit Bank and Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG for financing the hypermarket construction: planning and structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating the syndicated loan agreement and the mortgage agreement, advising on meeting the conditions precedent, issuing the legal opinion.
