Granting a loan for the financing of construction
EBRD granted a loan to Scientifically Industrial Association “UBC - Promo” LLC for financing a project on expanding the existing manufacturing facilities and construction of the new product line in the amount of USD 10 million.
Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal adviser to EBRD on the Ukrainian law matters with regard to the project, including drafting of the transaction documents and issuance of the legal opinion for EBRD.
