Termination advice

Advising a global pharmaceutical company on issues of global restructuring of business and redundancy issues in Ukraine, applicability of TUPE rules and specifics of cooperation with trade unions during redundancy procedures. The advice also dealt with grounds  and procedure of termination of employment as well as comprehensive legal support at the stage of dismissal of employees.
