Advising on employment matters

Advising a leading manufacturer of process testing equipment, industrial automation, electronic components, ticketing machines and medical equipment  regarding the terms and specifics of employment, remuneration and reimbursement of expenses associated with the performance of work duties, taxation of such payments, the preparation of an employment contract and non-disclosure agreement. The consultations also addressed the issues of foreign entity hiring workers in Ukraine, as well as assessment of risks and costs associated with such employment.
