Advising on corporate restructuring

Vasil Kisil & Partners’ team, having analysed the Group's current corporate structure, developed recommendations to improve the Group's organisation and governance. The recommendations covered, in particular, the Board’s role in strategic management and control, project financing issues, tax risks in connection with the EU ATAD3 Directive, protection of the Group’s and its shareholders’ ownership rights, and social projects promotion.
