Advising a Ukraine-based unit of a multinational tobacco company regarding issues arising out of global employment restructuring and resizing of its operations’ units in Ukraine, conducting a limited legal due diligence in relation to employment matters of the company, providing comprehensive legal support in potential labour disputes that may arise in connection with the restructuring.
