London and Regional Properties – borrowing the credit line in the amount of USD 140 mln from Hypo Real Estate Bank International AG

Advising London and Regional Properties (the borrower) and its Ukrainian subsidiary on borrowing the credit line in the amount of USD 140 mln from Hypo Real Estate Bank International AG for financing the acquisition of the trading center “Globus” (Kyiv, Ukraine): planning and structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating the loan agreement and security documentation, registering the loan agreement with the National Bank of Ukraine, advising on fulfillment of the conditions precedent, advising on related currency control and hedging issues, drafting and negotiating the interest swap agreement with Hypo Real Estate Bank International AG, issuing the legal opinion.
