OTP Bank – buy-out of a share stake in the JSCB “Raiffeisenbank Ukraine”

Advising OTP Bank Nyrt. (Hungary) on the buy-out of a share stake in the JSCB “Raiffeisenbank Ukraine” from Raiffeisen Group (Austria), including the legal due diligence of the target, obtaining regulatory approvals for the deal (approvals from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine), drafting all transaction-related documents, counseling on rebranding issues as well as providing other post – completion support to the client.
