Panorama Group – borrowing the syndicated credit line in the amount of USD 139 mln for financing the construction of trading centers

Advising LLC Panorama Group (the borrower) on borrowing the syndicated credit line from the syndicate of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Investment Fund “Coordinate Capital” and Erste Bank in the amount of USD 139 mln for financing the construction of trading centers in Kyiv, Simferopol and Kryvyi Rih: planning and structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating the loan agreement, security documentation, and other transaction-related agreements, advising on fulfillment of the conditions precedent, issuing the legal opinion.
