Panorama Group – Troieschyna 26-a Microdistrict

Acting as a sole legal council to a major Ukrainian developer in entering the project of overall building-up of a residential district in Kyiv. The land plot was leased by the Dniprovska District Council and the customer is represented by the Dniprovska District State Administration. Initially the project was developed by Municipal Enterprise "Vatutinskinvestbud" and Desnabud LLC responsible for financing and execution of works and entitled to receive in ownership all private areas in constructed premises.
Vasil Kisil & Partners advised the client on acquisition of investment rights of Desnabud and entering the trilateral investment agreement with Vatutinskinvestbud and municipality and later restructuring the project by establishing direct contractual relations with the municipality, including obtaining land rights underneath a shopping mall construction. Overall advise on various project issues throughout the project's lifetime and other developments in Kyiv, Crimea, Zaporozhye, Kryvyi Rih, Odessa, Mariupol, Nikolaev, Feodosia, Yalta and other places (totally over 25 sites).
