Pioneer Hi-Bred International – acquisition and the development of its logistic facility

VasilKisil& Partners is acting as a sole legal advisor to Pioneer Hi-Bred, a DuPont Business, and is providing overall comprehensive advice on site acquisition and the development of its logistic facility.

VKP’s team advised Pioneer Hi-Bred on land acquisition and corporate structuring of the project and on various regulatory and compliance matters throughout the design and approval procedures. During the project the lawyers drafted and negotiated several project-related agreements, including the design agreement, author’s supervision agreement, and electricity supply agreement in addition to the definitive general contractor agreement with Etualconstruction firm.

VasilKisil& Partners proposed several improvements to Etual'sdraft contractor agreement, securing the client's interests in the project and discussed the collaterals and drafted respective agreements.
