PJSC Fidobank – advising on accession of PJSC “Fidocombank” to PJSC “Fidobank”

Shareholders of PJSC “Fidocombank” and PJSC “Fidobank” approved the accession of PJSC “Fidocombank” to PJSC “Fidobank” (two banks controlled by Ukrainian investor Oleksandr Adarich) as a branch. The accession was performed within the course of the integration process commenced after acquisition by the group of companies controlled by Oleksandr Adarich of PJSC “Fidocombank” (former JSC “Erste Bank”).
